摘要
蜡油是加氢装置的气相反应产物,进入冷高压分离器前需进行注水处理,所用注水是除盐水、汽提净化水等比例的混合水。因装置大修,重新开车后,注水泵前的管道过滤器出现周期性堵塞,所以每隔20 d左右就需清洗过滤器。对注水管道过滤器堵塞物进行剖析的结果表明,堵塞物为有机物质;对注水缓冲罐前的两股进水的硬度、悬浮物和细菌数等指标进行分析,表明堵塞物是由微生物大量繁殖、沉积形成。筛选出具有代表性的采样点后,对各采样点的水样进行了现场监测,取样分析了温度、pH、COD(化学需氧量)、TN(总氮)、溶解氧等影响微生物生长繁殖的因素和水中细菌数等指标,依据测试结果找出了过滤器周期性堵塞的原因。
Wax oil is a gas-phase reaction product of the hydrogenation unit.Before entering the cold high-pressure separator,it needs to be injected with a mixture of desalinated water and stripping purified water.Due to the overhaul of the device,the pipeline filter in front of the water injection pump is blocked periodically after restart,and the filter needs to be cleaned every 20 days or so.The analysis of the filter blockages shows that the blockages are organic matter.An analysis of the hardness,suspended solids,and bacterial count of the two incoming streams before the water injection buffer tank indicates that the blockages are formed by the proliferation and deposition of a large number of microorganisms.After selecting representative sampling points,the water samples of each sampling point were monitored on site,and the factors affecting microbial growth and reproduction,such as temperature,pH value,COD(chemical oxygen demand),TN(total nitrogen),dissolved oxygen and the number of bacteria in the water were analyzed.Based on the test results,the cause of periodic blockage of the filter was identified.
