摘要
通过对酚氨回收装置工艺原理、运行情况及脱氨水换热器堵塞的原因、处理措施进行探讨分析,指出为了减少换热器堵塞,提出增加换热器碱洗装置,碱洗装置投用后大大缩短了换热器的清洗时间,减少了因换热器堵塞对装置的影响,保证了整个化工装置满负荷、安全、稳定运行。
The process principle,operation situation,deaminated water heat exchanger clogging causes and treatment measuresof phenol-ammonia recovery device are explored and analyzed,this paper pointes out that in order to reduce heat exchanger clogging and proposes to increase the heat exchanger alkaline cleaning device.The use of alkaline cleaning device greatly shortens the cleaning time of the heat exchanger,reduces the impact of heat exchanger clogging on the device,and ensures the full load,safe and stable operation of the entire chemical plant.
