摘要
目的分析精细化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选择2020年5月—2022年7月德州市陵城区人民医院参与手术管理研究的20名护理人员作为研究对象,以奇偶法分为两组,各10名,对照组采取常规手术室管理,观察组采取精细化管理办法干预。评价两组护理人员手术室管理质量及手术护理差错率、调查医生对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生对护理工作满意度高,护士差异率低,但与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理差错率比对照组低,但两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精细化管理模式在手术患者护理中可提升护理人员对手术室管理质量,该管理模式具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of fine management in nursing management of operating room.Methods Select 20 nursing staff from Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from May 2020 to July 2022 who participated in surgical management research as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the parity method,with 10 nurses in each group.The control group received routine operating room management,while the observation group received refined management interventions.Evaluated the quality of operating room management and surgical nursing error rate of two groups of nursing staff,and investigate the satisfaction of doctors with nursing work.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed high satisfaction with nursing work among doctors and low difference rate among nurses,but there was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).The nursing error rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but comparing the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The refined management model can improve the quality of nursing staff's management of the operating room in the nursing of surgical patients,and this management model has clinical application value.
