摘要
目的:探讨应用六西格玛管理模式对提高门诊手术室的护理质量,提高患者、医生、护士的满意度的影响。方法:采用患者、医生、护士满意度调查表及门诊手术室护理质量评价表,调查门诊手术室患者、医生、护士对服务的满意度,以及对门诊手术室护理质量评价,通过调查、分析,确定护理质量和医师、患者、护士满意度的关键点,实施六西格玛管理对影响满意度及护理质量的关键因素不断加以改进,并与之前进行比较。结果:应用六西格玛管理后,器械准备合格率、无菌物品合格率、仪器设备完好率、急救物品完好率、消毒隔离合格率、护理文件书写合格率、护理技术操作合格率等评价结果与实施前明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医生的满意度由76.7%上升到96.7%、患者满意度由80.0%上升到95.0%,护士的满意度由73.3%上升到96.7%,患者、医师、护士的满意度与实施前明显得到提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用六西格玛管理,可以提高门诊手术室护理质量,提高工作效率,提高患者、医师、护士的满意度。
Objective： Discuss how to use Six Sigma management to improve the nursing quality of outpatient operation room and the satisfaction of patients, doctors, nurses.Methods： The satisfaction questionary for patients, doctors, nurses and the evaluation form of the nursing quality of outpatient operation room which are used to investigate the satisfaction degree of the service from patients, doctors, nurses and the evaluation of nursing quality.According to the investigation and analysis to make sure the nursing quality and the key point of satisfaction from patients, doctors, nurses.Use Six Sigma management can improve the key factors of satisfaction and nursing quality compare with the former.Results： The eligible rate of equipment preparation, aseptic supply, disinfection and isolation, nursing writing and nursing manipulation and the perfectness ratio of plant, first aid medicine have a obvious improvement after using Six Sigma management.The difference has a statistical significance（P〈O.05）; The doctors＇ satisfaction degree has a improvement from 76.7% to 96.7%, The patients＇ satisfaction degree has a improvement from 80.0% to 95.0%, The nurses＇ satisfaction degree has a improvement from 73.3% to 96.7%, one can see there is a big improvement of the satisfaction degree of patients, doctors, nurses.The difference has a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Applying Six Si gain management can improve the nursing quality of outpatient operation room, work efficiency and the satisfaction degree of patients, doctors, nurses..
