摘要
目的探讨护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法通过对2017年起应用护理标识的具体事项进行观察,统计2017年的1—12月的护理差错率、护理纠纷率以及用药差错率,与2016年的1—12月的护理差错率进行比较,以此评定护理标识在手术室风险管理中的应用价值。结果 2017年度护理差错率、护理纠纷率以及用药差错率明显低于2016年度,对比差异有统计学义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中护理标识的应用可降低风险事件,减少护理纠纷、护理差错以及用药差错事件发生率,对风险管理有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing mark in nursing risk management in operating room. Methods The nursing error rate, nursing dispute rate and medication error rate from January to December 2017 were analyzed by observing the specific items of nursing marking since 2017. The nursing error rate was compared with that of January to December 2016 to evaluate the value of nursing label in risk management of operating room. Results The nursing error rate, nursing dispute rate and medication error rate in 2017 were significantly lower than those in 2016（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing marking in operating room nursing management can reduce the risk events, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, nursing errors and drug errors, and play a positive role in risk management.
