摘要
杭州国家版本馆艺术肌理清水混凝土的特殊性能和外观需求,通过选择原材料和优化配合比,设计了性能达标、色泽稳定的清水混凝土。试验表明,不掺加矿物掺合料,砂率在42%~44%时,清水混凝土色泽稳定;调整清水混凝土专用萘系外加剂和消泡剂掺量可减少混凝土中气孔含量与表面缺陷,使得脱模后纹理符合设计要求。结合实际工程,总结了清水混凝土生产应用控制质量要点,为艺术肌理清水混凝土的应用提供参考。
In response to the special performance and appearance requirements of artistic texture fair-faced concrete in the Hangzhou branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture,the fair-faced concrete that met properties requirements and exhibit stable texture was designed based on raw material and mixing ratio optimization.The color of fair-faced concrete can be stabilized by controlling the sand rate at 42%~44%and eliminating the mineral admixture.The addition of special chemical admixtures and defoamers for fair-faced concrete can reduce the pores,and no obvious defects were found on the surface after molding,and the texture after demolding met the requirements.Combined with actual engineering practice,the key points of quality control in the production and application of fair-faced concrete were summarized,which provided reference for the application of artistic texture fair-faced concrete.
