摘要
以上海图书馆东馆项目为工程背景,对带外伸钢牛腿的劲性清水混凝土施工技术进行了研究。针对施工的特点、难点,从钢结构深化、钢筋与模板体系设计、混凝土配合比优化以及产品保护等方面,总结了劲性清水混凝土的施工技术,确保了清水混凝土顺利施工,相关经验可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the East Library Project of Shanghai Library as the engineering background,the construction technology of rigid fair-faced concrete with overhanging steel brackets is studied.According to the construction characteristics and difficulties,the construction technology of rigid fair-faced concrete is summarized from the aspects of steel structure deepening,reinforcement and formwork system design,concrete mix proportion optimization and product protection,so as to ensure the smooth construction of fair-faced concrete.The relevant experience can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
