摘要
随着长流程的转炉炼钢工艺日趋成熟,其炼钢过程正在向高质量、低成本、绿色化的方向不断改进。在原料情况、冶炼钢种、炉容比、转炉排烟能力等生产条件不可改变的情况下,强化提高转炉冶炼的重要方法是保证炉内供氧,氧枪是转炉顶吹供氧的重要设备。而设在烟道设备上保护氧枪的氧枪口装置,对转炉冶炼现场的烟气密封、水冷防护、防止冶炼熔渣飞溅及冲击起着关键性的作用。针对转炉烟道氧枪口使用寿命短的情况,结合氧枪口的使用工况,探讨了影响其使用寿命的各种因素。介绍了一种稀土合金铸造式氧枪口,其有效增加了氧枪口使用寿命,减少了维修及备件成本,有助于保证车间炼钢生产计划的顺利进行,为冶金企业效益的再提高创造了有利条件,有一定的推广价值。
With the increasingly mature steelmaking process of the long process,the steelmaking process is continuously improved in the di⁃rection of high⁃quality,low cost,and greening.When the production conditions such as raw materials,smelting steel types,furnace capacity ratio,and smoke exhaust capacity are unchanged,an important method for strengthening the smelting of turning furnaces is to ensure oxygen supply in the furnace.Oxygen gun is an important equipment for the bleeding of oxygen supply to the top of the furnace.Essence The oxygen muzzle device that protects the oxygen gun on the flue equipment plays a key role in sealing,water⁃cooled protection,preventing smelting slag splashes and impact at the smelting site.Aiming at the short service life for the oxygen lance of the converter flue,combined with the operating conditions of the oxygen lance,various factors affecting its service life were discussed.A rare earth alloy cast oxygen nozzle is introduced,which effectively increases the service life of the oxygen nozzle,reduces the cost of maintenance and spare parts,it helps to ensure the smooth progress of the steelmaking production plan of the workshop and creates favorable conditions for the further improvement of the efficiency of metallurgical enterprises and has certain promotion value.
