摘要
介绍了天津钢铁有限公司第二炼钢厂供氧系统管道和氧气喷吹系统的改造,改造后的供氧管道系统更加合理安全。新设计的四孔喷头氧枪喷吹强度增大,改善了炉内钢水流动和反应动力学条件,缩短了冶炼周期,降低了渣中FeO含量,减轻了炉内衬耐火材料的损耗,提高了溅渣护炉效果,延长了炉龄。改造后的供氧系统满足了天钢当前扩大生产的需要,并与后续的连铸工艺配合更加合理,取得了明显的经济效益。
The present paper introduces the revamp of the pipelines of the oxygen supply system and oxygen blowing system in the No. 2 Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron Steel Co. , Ltd. The pipelines of the oxygen supply system in the Plant now come to be more reasonable and safer since the revamp. In the new system the four-hole nozzle lance has greater oxygen blow capacity and the flow of the liquid steel and reaction dynamics conditions in the vessel have been improved, as the results refining cycle shortened, the FeO content in the slag reduced, the refractory material consumption for furnace lining purpose lowered, furnace maintenance by splashing slag improved and the furnace campaign prolonged.
