基于PLC的比例阀控气缸伺服控制系统

摘要 传统的气动伺服系统控制策略复杂,价格昂贵,使用条件苛刻,一般的工业场合难以满足要求,实用性受到严重限制。设计一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)和比例控制阀的低成本气动伺服定位控制系统,搭建实验平台,利用气动伺服定位比例-积分-微分(Proportion Integral Differential,PID)增益算法,调节不同的比例、积分和微分系数,编写自适应控制程序,以满足设备的智能化自动控制要求。 The traditional pneumatic servo system control strategy is complex,expensive,harsh conditions of use,general industrial occasions difficult to meet the requirements,practicability is severely limited.A low-cost pneumatic servo positioning control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and proportional control valve is designed,and the experimental platform is built.The proportional Integral Differential(PID)gain algorithm is used to adjust different proportional,integral and differential coefficients,and write adaptive control programs to meet the requirements of intelligent automatic control of equipment.
