摘要
目的调查分析宁夏地区无偿献血人群ABO和Rh血型分布特征,为无偿献血者招募提供数据支撑。方法收集宁夏5个地级市2002-2022年有效无偿献血者569286人的数据,统计不同性别、民族、职业、年龄、地区的献血人群ABO和Rh血型分布特点,并对比2010年和2022年无偿献血者ABO和Rh血型分布的变化特点。结果宁夏无偿献血人群中,A型为160897人(占28.26%),B型为171756人(占30.17%),O型为182067人(占31.98%),AB型为54566人(占9.58%);RhD阴性3507人(占0.62%)。ABO血型在不同性别、民族、年龄段及地区献血者的分布均为O型>B型>A型>AB型,工人献血者ABO血型分布为B型>O型>A型>AB型,其他职业的分布均为O型>B型>A型>AB型。比较2010年和2022年ABO血型分布,吴忠市由2010年的O型>B型>A型>AB型变化为2022年的O型>A型>B型>AB型。宁夏献血人数2022年比2010年增长了40.96%。结论宁夏无偿献血人群ABO血型分布总体特征为O型>B型>A型>AB型,随着时间推移,献血者队伍扩大,血型分布也发生了一定变化。
Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution characteristics of ABO and Rh blood groups among the voluntary blood donors in Ningxia area to provide the data support for the recruitment of voluntary blood donor.Methods The data of 569286 effective voluntary blood donors from 5 prefecture-level cities in Ningxia during 2002-2022 were collected,and the distribution characteristics of ABO and Rh blood groups among blood donors of different genders,nationalities,occupations,ages and regions were analyzed.The change characteristics in distribution of ABO and Rh blood groups were compared between the voluntary blood donors in 2010 and 2022.Results Among the voluntary blood donors in Ningxia,there were 160897 donors with blood group A(28.26%),171756 donors with blood group B(30.17%),182067 donors with blood group O(31.98%),54566 donors with blood group AB(9.58%),and there were 3507 RhD negative donors(0.62%).The distribution of ABO blood groups among blood donors of different genders,nationalities,ages and regions was the blood group O>B>A>AB.The distribution of ABO blood groups in the workers was the blood group B>O>A>AB,while the distribution in other occupations was the blood group O>B>A>AB.Comparing the distribution of ABO blood groups between 2010 and 2022,the blood groups in Wuzhong City were changed from the blood group O>B>A>AB in 2010 to the blood group O>A>B>AB in 2022.The number of blood donors in Ningxia was increased by 40.96%in 2022 compared with that in 2010.Conclusion The overall distribution characteristics of ABO blood groups among voluntary blood donors in Ningxia is the blood group O>B>A>AB.With the passage of time,the number of blood donors has expanded,and the distribution of blood groups has also undergone certain changes.
