维吾尔族冠心病患者与ABO血型遗传表型的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究新疆维吾尔族人群冠心病发生与ABO血型遗传表型的关系。方法选择维吾尔族冠心病患者1 080例(冠心病组)、对照组为维吾尔族正常人群2 116例,采用血型群体遗传学及血型血清学方法,进行ABO血型表现型及基因型频率分布调查比较。结果 ABO血型在维吾尔族冠心病组与对照组中存在一定的差异性,B型表现型频率最高,达0.364 8,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.374,P<0.05),而两组A、O、AB型无明显相关关系(P值均>0.05);B型的相对危险度(RR值)为1.223 3,A型RR值为0.887 8。结论血型与冠心病发生有一定关系。B型维吾尔族人群有可能较易患冠心病的危险,而A型患冠心病的几率可能较低。 Objective To study the relationship between the patients of Xinjiang Uyghur coronary heart dis ease (CHD) and the ABO blood genetic phenotype. Methods One thousand and eighty cases of Uyghur CHD patients and 2 116 cases of the control group were selected,using the type of population genetics and blood group serology, ABO blood phenotype and gene frequency distribution survey were compared. Results There are some differences in Uyghur patients with coronary heart disease and the control group of ABO blood type. B phenotype frequencies up to 0. 364 7 as compared with the control group, it has significant difference (?(2 value was 7. 374, P 〈 0.05), while the A, O, AB had no significant correlation (P 〈0.05); type B relative risk RR was 1. 223 0, while the A-type RR value of 0. 887 5. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between blood type and coronary heart disease. Type I3 Uyghur are more prone to get coronary heart disease, while the chance of suffering from coronary heart disease of type A may be lower.
