摘要
目的探究温针灸改善膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者关节功能的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月洪都中医院门诊收治的68例膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,观察组采用温针灸治疗。2组治疗前后进行视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)和Lysholm膝关节评分表(LKSS)的评分,以及进行白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平检测,并对比、观察效果。结果5个疗程后,2组的VAS评分均降低、LKSS评分均增高(P<0.05),且观察组的VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05),LKSS评分比对照组高(P<0.05);2组的IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平均降低,且观察组均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论温针灸可有效缓解膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者的疼痛,恢复其膝关节功能,并能改善其炎性症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion on improving joint function in patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis admitted to Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets,and the observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion.Visual analog scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee Rating Scale(LKSS)were scored before and after treatment,and the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)were detected,and the therapeutic effects were compared and observed.Results After 5 treatment courses,VAS score of both groups decreased,LKSS score increased(P<0.05),and VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),LKSS score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand MMP-3 in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion can effectively relieve the pain and restore the knee function of patients with knee degenerative osteoarthritis,and improve the inflammatory symptoms,which is worthy of popularization and application.
