摘要
在大型生猪养殖场中采用PLC控制系统具有准确的控制精度,可实现长时间无故障问题稳定运行,控制与操作起来方便易行,自动化程度比较高。本文的研究采取上位机与下位机相结合的方式来对猪舍的一些设备进行自动化控制,上位机采用MCGS组态软件编制人机界面,实现远程监控、动态显示等功能。下位机用西门子S7-300作为核心处理器,可以按照给定的法则驱动执行机构。
The use of PLC control systems in large pig farms has accurate control accuracy.can achieve long-term troublefree and stable operation,and is easy to control and operate,with a relatively high degree of automation.The research in this article adopts a combination of upper and lower computers to automate the control of some equipment in the pigsty.The upper computer uses MCGS configuration software to develop a human-machine interface,achieving remote monitoring,dynamic display,and other functions.The lower computer uses Siemens S7-300 as the core processor,which can drive the actuator according to the given rules.
