摘要
阐述SMT制造工艺质量要求、设备管理要求,包括追溯系统、钢网、回流焊设备、自动光学检测AOI、自动在线测试仪ICT。分析形成回流焊接常见的锡珠、锡桥质量缺陷的原因,提出工艺改进方法。
This paper describes the quality requirements of SMT manufacturing process and equipment management requirements,including traceability system,steel mesh,reflow soldering equipment,automatic optical inspection AOI,and automatic online testing instrument ICT.It analyzes the reasons for the common quality defects of tin beads and tin bridges in reflow soldering and proposes process improvement methods.
