摘要
随着社会经济的发展以及群众生活水平的提升,房建工程的数量与规模都在持续提升,同时面对着更高的质量要求。为提升房建工程的施工质量,发挥其社会效益与经济效益,企业就需要从观念、制度、落实等多个角度加强房建工程的项目管理与成本管理,促进建筑行业的长远可持续发展。本文首先阐述项目管理与成本管理在房建工程建设中的价值,然后结合房建工程中的实际情况与工作经验,总结房建工程项目管理与成本管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决办法。
With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the quantity and scale of housing construction engineering are continuously increasing.At the same time,it is faced with higher quality requirements.In order to improve the construction quality of housing construction engineering and give full play to their social and economic benefits,enterprises need to strengthen the project management and cost management of housing construction engineering from multiple perspectives such as concepts,systems and implementation,and promote the longterm sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper first expounds the value of project management and cost management of housing construction engineering,and then summarizes the problems in project management and cost management of housing construction engineering based on the actual situation and work experience in housing construction engineering,and proposes corresponding solutions.
