美国大学荣誉教育培养模式及对我国拔尖人才培养的启示 被引量:7

摘要 美国高校的荣誉教育业已形成相对稳定的范式,并构建了一套成熟的拔尖人才培养体系。顶层设计规定了荣誉教育实施通识教育的核心价值和独立建制的组织管理模式;在此基础上,荣誉教育按照多元智能观选拔人才,在培养上坚持能力培养与价值塑造并重,构建“三位一体”的能力培养路径,并以社会服务塑造价值;在评价上,采用多元评价方式,实施荣誉学位制度。支持性资源和荣誉社区共同构成保障学生发展的外部环境。借鉴美国荣誉教育经验,未来我国拔尖项目在选拔上应采用综合评价方式,全面评估学生潜质;加强通识教育,促进通专融合;加强学生思想道德建设,培养“有灵魂的卓越”;为学生建立个性化的发展路径;探索书院制人才培养模式,搭建荣誉社区。 Honor education in American universities has formed a relatively stable paradigm,and constructed a mature training system for top-notch talents.Its top-level design stipulates the core value of implementing general education and the administration model of independent organizational systems.On this basis,honor education enrolls students according to the concept of plural intelligence;in terms of cultivation,it adheres to both ability training and value shaping,builds a trinity ability training path,and shapes value with social service;it adopts multiple evaluation methods and implements the honorary degree system.Supporting resources and honor communities constitute an external environment to ensure students’development.Drawing on the experience of honor education in the US,it is suggested that the future top-notch talent programs in Chinese universities adopt multiple evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the potential of students;liberal education should be strengthened and integrated with specialized education;moral education should be enhanced to cultivate“excellence with soul”;individualized development paths should be paved for students;academy education model should be explored,and honor communities should be built.
