煤炭设备国产化是国家采煤行业发展的需要,分析了国产EML340B型连续采煤机的整机使用条件及技术特点,详细阐述了EML340B型连续采煤机在液压系统、油缸回路、油箱设计及换油说明、水路系统、电气系统等功能模块的技术性能,同时对安全技术特点及应用情况进行了介绍。
The localization of coal equipment is a need for the development of the national coal mining industry.The overall operating conditions and technical characteristics of the domestically produced EML340B continuous miner were analyzed,and the technical performances of the EML340B continuous miner in functional modules such as hydraulic system,oil cylinder circuit,oil tank design and oil change instructions,water system,electrical system were elaborated in detail.At the same time,the safety technical characteristics and application situation were introduced.
