摘要
针对煤矿数据信息孤岛的问题,介绍了我国矿山综合地质保障技术进展和主要内容,阐述了煤炭设备智能感知与健康监测研究进展,总结了煤矿灾害风险智能判识技术手段,综述了近年来我国在煤炭安全智能精准开采方面的关键技术进展,并对未来的发展方向和挑战进行了思考。煤炭安全智能精准开采的核心在于传感与感知技术的发展、数据处理与分析手段的应用。通过传感与感知技术获取煤矿地质信息和监测信息,实现对设备状态的智能感知、健康分析;利用矿山的实时监测、数据挖掘、智能优化和远程控制,实现矿山的优质高效开采;综合数据清洗、特征提取、模型建立、融合算法等方法,实现对煤层动力灾害的智能监测和决策,提高煤炭开采的效率和安全性。以期建立一个集感知、分析、决策和控制为一体的智能系统,实现矿山生产过程的自动化、智能化、安全化和无人化,提高矿山的资源利用率、生产效率和环境保护水平,同时降低矿山的安全风险和生产成本。
Concerning the problem of data information island,this paper introduces the progress and main contents of mine comprehensive geological support technology in China,expounds the research progress of intelligent perception and health monitoring of coal equipment,summarizes the technical means of intelligent identification of coal mine disaster risk and the key technical progress of intelligent and accurate mining of coal safety as well as its trend and challenges in the future.The key factor of in-telligent and accurate mining of coal safety lies in the development of sensing and sensing technology and the application of data processing and analysis means.Through sensing and sensing technology,coal mine geological information and monitoring information are obtained to realize intelligent perception and health analysis of equipment status.The high-quality and efficient mining is realized through the real-time monitoring,data mining,intelligent optimization and remote control of mine.To achieve intelligent monitoring and decision-making of coal seam dynamic disasters and improve the efficiency and safety of coal mining,comprehensive data cleaning,feature extraction,model establishment,fusion algorithmand other methods are deployed.It is expected to establish an intelligent system of perception,analysis,decision-making and control,realize the automation,intelligence,safety and unmanned of the mine productionprocess,improve the resource utilization rate,production efficiency and environmental protection,and reduce the safety risk and production cost of the mine.
