中医药调节铁死亡研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Regulating Ferroptosis

摘要 目的分析中医药调节铁死亡研究热点及前沿,为相关机制研究提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、Web of Science核心集2012年1月1日-2022年5月31日收录的中医药调节铁死亡相关文献。采用NoteExpress3.5去重及筛选,采用Excel2016绘制发文趋势图。采用VOSviewer1.6.17和CiteSpace6.1.R2进行高被引文献及高频关键词排序,绘制时间线视图、关键词聚类图谱。结果纳入中文文献146篇,英文文献183篇。该领域中、英文文献于2020-2022年发文量逐渐增加。高被引文献所属期刊在国际研究领域均具有较大影响力。中、英文关键词分别形成12、10个有效聚类。关键词分析显示,该领域研究主要关注疾病类型(肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、神经退行性疾病等)、干预/治疗方法(中药、单体、中药复方、电针等)、代谢方式(谷胱甘肽代谢、铁代谢、脂质代谢)等。结论疾病类型、干预/治疗方法、代谢方式研究是该领域研究热点,纳米材料联合中药调节铁死亡是研究趋势和前沿。 Objective To analyze the hotspots and frontiers of research on TCM regulating ferroptosis;To provide a reference for related mechanism research.Methods Literature related to the TCM regulating ferroptosis was retrieved from the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and Web of Science from January 1,2012,to May 31,2022.NoteExpress 3.5 was used to remove duplicates and screening,and Excel 2016 was used to plot the trend of publications.VOSviewer 1.6.17 and CiteSpace 6.1.R2 were used to sort high-frequency cited literature and high frequency keywords,and to draw timeline views and keyword clustering maps.Results Totally 146 Chinese articles and 183 English articles were included.Chinese and English articles in this field gradually increased the number in 2020-2022.The source journals of high-frequency cited articles had great influence in the international research field.Chinese and English keywords formed 12 and 10 effective clusters,respectively.Keyword analysis showed that the research in this field mainly have focused on disease types(tumor,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,etc.),intervention/therapeutic methods(traditional Chinese medicine,monomers,TCM combinations,and electroacupuncture,etc.),and metabolic modalities(glutathione metabolism,iron metabolism,and lipid metabolism),etc.Conclusion Disease types,intervention/therapeutic methods,and metabolic modality studies are the research hotspots in this field,and nanomaterials combined with TCM to regulate ferroptosis are the research trend and frontier.
