摘要
针对数字孪生工厂孪生体定位坐标漂移、孪生层与物理层通讯不畅通的问题,提出改进的Fang-Taylor定位算法用于多对象实时定位,运用异构数据混合式融合法和工业互联网标识解析系统打通孪生层与物理层的数据通路,验证结果表明,改进的Fang-Taylor算法能够有效兼顾数字孪生应用中多对象定位的运算效率和定位精度,混合式数据融合方法和标识解析系统能有效实现物理层与孪生层数据互通、双向操作。
Aiming at the problems of coordinate drift of twin positioning and unimpeded communication between the twin layer and the physical layer,an improved Fang-Taylor positioning algorithm is proposed for multi-object real-time positioning.The heteroge⁃neous data hybrid fusion method and the industrial Internet identification analysis system are used to open up the data path between the twin layer and the physical layer.The verification results show that the improved Fang-Taylor algorithm can effectively take into ac⁃count the computational efficiency and positioning accuracy of multi-object positioning in digital twin applications.The hybrid data fu⁃sion method and the identification analysis system can effectively realize the data exchange and two-way operation between the physi⁃cal layer and the twin layer.
