摘要
简要阐述装饰装修工程精细化管理的特征与要求,对成本精细化管理、进度精细化管理、质量精细化管理、安全精细化管理等内容进行分析。结合某房屋装饰装修工程项目,从饰面、抹灰、吊顶、门窗等施工入手,探究质量控制要求与措施。
This paper briefly describes the characteristics and requirements of the fine management of decoration engineering,analyzes the cost fine management,schedule fine management,quality fine management and safety fine management.And,combined with a house decoration project,the quality control requirements and measures are explored from the construction offinishes,plastering,suspended ceilings,doorsandwindows.
