介绍了装修工程的精细化管理对工程质量的影响,分析了精细化管理思路构建,重点阐述了装修工程项目施工进度、施工质量和交叉施工精细化管理体系的构架,指出了精细化管理体系对装修工程项目施工和管理的意义与作用,为装修工程施工提供参考与建议。
The paper introduces the influence of refined management of the decoration on the engineering quality,analyzes the ideas of the refined management,mainly illustrates its construction progress,construction quality and refined management system of the crossing construction,and points out the significance and functions of the refined management system on the decoration engineering program,so as to provide some reference and suggestions for the decoration projects.
