盆底电生理治疗联合透明质酸钠预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察盆底电生理治疗联合透明质酸钠预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的疗效,以及对阴道出血时间、出血量、子宫内膜厚度、月经恢复等情况的影响。方法 于2021年6月至2022年9月行人工流产术的患者中选取120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组人工流产术后给予透明质酸钠,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用盆底电生理治疗。结果 观察组阴道出血时间以及出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);月经复潮时间早于对照组,且月经正常的患者多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后腹痛、感染、宫腔积血等并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组;3个月后复查宫腔粘连情况,观察组宫腔粘连率为3.33%低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论 与人流术后单一应用透明质酸钠相比,盆底电生理治疗联合透明质酸钠可以缩短术后阴道出血时间、减少出血量,缩短月经复潮时间,减少术后腹痛、感染、宫腔积血等并发症;还可以增加子宫内膜厚度,并且减少子宫粘连的发生率。 Objective To observe the efficacy of pelvic floor electrophysiological therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate in preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion,and its influence on the duration of vaginal bleeding,bleeding volume,endometrial thickness,and menstrual recovery.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who underwent induced abortion from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases per group.Sodium hyaluronate after abortion was given to all patients,and those in the observation group were additionally intervened by pelvic floor electrophysiological therapy.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum recovery period was significantly earlier in the observation group than that of the control group,and more patients in the observation group had normal menstruation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications like postoperative abdominal pain,infection,and hematometra in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness was significantly better than that of the control group.The rate of uterine adhesions at 3 months in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(3.33%vs 16.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single application of sodium hyaluronate after abortion,pelvic floor electrophysiological therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate can shorten the duration and reduce amount of postoperative vaginal bleeding,shorten the postpartum recovery period,reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain,infection,hematometra and other complications.It can also increase the endometrial thickness and reduce the incidence of uterine adhesions.
