摘要
目的分析颅脑手术患者开展预防性护理联合早期康复护理的效果。方法纳入江西赣县区人民医院2022年1~12月颅脑手术患者66例为研究对象,在2022年7~12月实施预防性护理联合早期康复护理的33例患者设为观察组,在此前2022年1~6月采用常规护理的33例患者设为对照组。护理2个月后,比较两组并发症发生率、临床指标、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ)、简易生存质量量表(SF-36)及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组机械通气时间、在ICU入住时间、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组GCS评分高于对照组,APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑手术患者开展预防性护理联合早期康复护理的优势明显,加快术后恢复进程,改善患者负面情绪,提升患者生存质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of preventive nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing in craniocerebral surgery patients.Methods 66 cases of craniocerebral surgery patients in Ganxian District People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were included as study subjects,and preventive nursing care combined with early rehabilitation nursing care was started in July 2022,and 33 patients who used conventional nursing care from January to June 2022 were set up as the control group,and 33 patients who were cared for with preventive nursing care combined with early rehabilitation nursing care from July to December 2022 were set up as the observation group.patients as the observation group.After 2 months of nursing care,the complication rate,clinical indexes,Glasgow Coma Score(GCS),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation score(APACHE)Ⅱ,Simple Survival Quality Scale(SF-36),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complications rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the mechanical ventilation time,time in ICU,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the APACHEⅡscore was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing care satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The advantages of preventive nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing for craniocerebral surgery patients were obvious,which can accelerate the postoperative recovery process,improve the negative emotions of patients,and enhance the quality of patients'survival.
