摘要
目的评价精细化管理在老年重症颅脑损伤患者术后感染控制中的应用。方法选取2017年1~12月绍兴市中心医院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者102例,按照随机数字的方法,将全部患者分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51)。观察组接受精细化护理管理,对照组接受常规护理,对比两组的感染率、生存质量及满意度。结果对照组术后感染率为52.94%,观察组术后感染率为25.59%,观察组术后感染率低于对照组(χ~2=8.061,P=0.005);干预后,观察组患者在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能方面评分高于对照组(t=6.529、-5.970、-8.642,P<0.05);对照组患者总体满意度低于观察组(70.59%/92.16%)(χ~2=7.826,P=0.005)。结论以精细化管理理念为指导,构建老年重症颅脑损伤患者的术后感染管理流程,可降低术后感染发生率,提高患者生活质量及满意度。
Objective To discuss the impact of fine nursing care on the prevention of postoperative nosocomial infection in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 102 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled and were divided into the observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51)based on the random number table method.Patients in the observation group received fine nursing care and those in the control group received routine nursing care.The postoperative infection rate,quality of life and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(25.59%vs 52.94%;χ~2=8.061,P=0.005).After the intervention,patients in the observation group scored higher in physical health,mental health,and social function compared to the control group(t=6.529,-5.970,-8.642,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(70.59%vs 92.16%;χ~2=7.826,P=0.005).Conclusions Fine nursing care management can effectively reduce the postoperative infection rate,improve the quality of life and increase the satisfaction of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
