摘要
目的分析地屈孕酮、阿司匹林联合治疗对习惯性流产的临床效果。方法将厦门市仙岳医院2020年12月到2023年2月的100例习惯性流产患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组与试验组,对照组给予单一阿司匹林进行治疗,试验组给予地屈孕酮及阿司匹林联合药物治疗,对比两组妊娠结局、治疗效果、不良反应、凝血功能与血液流变学指标。结果试验组的治疗效果和妊娠结局均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率与对照组进行对比,无差异(P>0.05);试验组的凝血功能相关指标APTT和PT高于对照组,Fbg和LAR低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组在干预后的血液流变学相关指标HCT高于对照组,PV和ESR均低于对照组(均P<0.05),联合用药干预前两组各项指标进行对比(均P>0.05)。结论地屈孕酮+阿司匹林联合治疗可调整该疾病患者的凝血指标,使其血液流变学指标得到极大改良,促进临床治疗效果与妊娠结局的进一步改善。
Objective To carry out two groups of differentiated interventions for the patients admitted to the disease,and to highlight and analyze the effects of combined drug therapy on the treatment effect and hemorheological indexes of the experimental group.Methods A total of 100 patients with habitual miscarriage in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from December 2020 to February 2023 were taken as the core of this study,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method.Results The therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was compared with that of the control group,and there was no difference(P>0.05);the coagulation-related indexes of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group in terms of APTT and PT,and lower than that of the control group in terms of Fbg and LAR(both P<0.05);the haematological rheology-related indexes of the experimental group were higher than that of the HCT was higher than that of the control group,and PV and ESR were lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05),and the indicators of the two groups were compared before the intervention of the combination of drugs(both P>0.05).Conclusions Combined treatment with dydrogesterone+aspirin can adjust the coagulation indexes of patients with this disease,greatly improve the hemorheological indexes,and promote the further improvement of clinical treatment effect and pregnancy outcome.
