摘要
温拌再生技术因具有再生料掺量高、施工温度低、碳排放量少等优点受到的关注越来越多。为了揭示和掌握高掺量RAP温拌再生沥青的性能变化规律,对高掺量RAP温拌再生SBS改性沥青的物理-流变性能进行了研究,然后选取2种典型温拌剂和3种掺量的RAP制备了6组温拌再生沥青,并开展了三大指标、旋转黏度和温度扫描试验。研究结果表明:温拌剂S能够显著改善高温抗车辙性能,降低高温敏感性,但疲劳寿命会受到不利影响;温拌剂E能够改善沥青中温抗疲劳性能,其对高温性能的不利影响会随着RAP掺量的增加而被抵消。在实际工程中,夏季炎热地区宜选择温拌剂S,以防产生高温车辙;冬季寒冷地区宜选择温拌剂E,以防产生低温开裂。
Because of the advantages of high dosage of recycled materials,low construction temperature,low Carbon emission,warm-mix regenerated asphalt pavement technology has received more and more attention.In order to re-veal and master the changing law,the physical-rheological properties of high dosage RAP warm mix recycled SBS-modified asphalt were investigated.Two typical warm mixing agents and three dosages of RAP were selected to pre-pare six groups of warm-mixed recycled asphalt,Three major indicators,rotational viscosity and temperature scan-ning tests were carried out.The results show that warm mix S can significantly improve the high temperature rutting resistance and reduce the high temperature sensitivity,but the fatigue life will be adversely affected;Warm mix E can improve the fatigue resistance of asphalt at medium temperature,and its unfavorable effect on the high tempera-ture performance will be offset with the increase of RAP dosage.In the actual project,warm mix S should by chosen in hot areas in summer in order to prevent high temperature rutting;Warm mix E should be chosen in cold winter areas in winter in order to prevent low temperature cracking.
