摘要
目的:探讨炙甘草汤联合艾司洛尔治疗气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2023年3月该院收治的112例气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各56例,对照组采用盐酸艾司洛尔注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合炙甘草汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩期末内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)]水平、血清心肌损伤标志物[肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、脑钠肽(BNP)]水平、心率变异性指标[NN节段窦性RR间期标准差(SDANN)、全程相邻RR之差均方根(RMSSD)、全程连续窦性RR间期标准差(SDNN)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为89.29%(50/56),高于对照组的71.43%(40/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LVEF、SDANN、RMSSD及SDNN值均高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD、cTnT、CK-MB及BNP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤联合艾司洛尔治疗气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者能提高临床疗效,改善心功能指标和心率变异性指标水平,减轻心肌损伤程度,效果优于单用艾司洛尔治疗。
Objective:To explore effects of Zhigancao decoction combined with Esmolol in treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 112 patients with ventricular arrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency type admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Esmolol hydrochloride injection,while the study group was treated with Zhigancao decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]levels,the serum myocardial injury markers[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)]levels,the heart rate variability indexes[standard deviation of NN segment sinus RR interval(SDANN),square root of the mean of the squared differences between adjacent normal RR intervals(RMSSD),continuous standard deviation of sinus RR interval(SDNN)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 89.29%(50/56),which was higher than 71.43%(40/56)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF,SDANN,RMSSD and SDNN values of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the levels of LVESD,LVEDD,cTnT,CK-MB and BNP were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Zhigancao decoction combined with Esmolol in the treatment of the patients with ventricular arrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency type can improve the clinical efficacy,i
