无导线起搏器与传统单腔起搏器治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的 分析无导线起搏器与传统单腔起搏器对心律失常病人手术治疗效果的影响。方法 选取同期接受永久起搏器植入术病人108例,分为无导线起搏器组和传统起搏器组,比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果 两组穿刺成功率、电学参数稳定性比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),无导线起搏器组手术时间、术后住院时间明显短于传统起搏器组,术后并发症发生率明显低于传统起搏器组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统单腔起搏器比较,无导线起搏器治疗心律失常病人在穿刺成功率、电学参数的稳定性方面无明显差异,但可以降低手术时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率。
