摘要
发展“双创”教育,是提高大学生创新创业能力、服务国家“双创”战略,同时实现大学生的高质量就业,实现经济社会高质量转型发展的重要举措。然而,目前我国“双创”教育的发展仍然处于较为初步的水平,尤其表现在实践的不足。为了探索有效的“双创”实践活动,通过校企联合实验室,使学生深入企业一线。通过学习含铜污泥熔炼工艺,结合企业需求,提供了一种利用含有金属的废弃物作为原料生产纳米铜粉末和纳米铜合金粉末的系统,实现了公斤级超小尺寸纳米铜粉的技术突破。该实践活动,使得学生对科研与研发的异同有了更为深入的理解,同时,也为企业针对性的培养了人才。
Developing“Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education is an important measure to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students,serve the national“Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship”strategy,achieve high-quality employment for college students and high-quality economic and social transformation.However,at present,the development of“entrepreneurship and innovation”education in China is still at a relatively preliminary level,especially in the lack of practical experience.In order to explore effective“Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship”practical activities,students were encouraged to delve into the front line of enterprises through the School-Enterprise Joint Laboratory.By studying the smelting process of sludge copper and combining the needs of the enterprise,a system for producing nano copper and copper alloy powders from waste-containing metal was provided,and a technological breakthrough for kilogram-scale nano copper powder was achieved.This practical activity was enabled students to have a deeper understanding of the similarities and differences between scientific research and R&D of enterprise.At the same time,it was also targeted the cultivation of talents for enterprises.
