摘要 化工制药废水组分复杂、有机物含量高且可生化性差,处理困难。经多种工艺比选及方案论证,台州市某药业股份有限公司采用混凝沉淀/芬顿氧化/二段式生物接触氧化/超滤组合工艺处理化工制药废水,通过调节适宜的pH和B/C,去除有机物、SS等污染物质。废水处理量为180 m^(3)/d,稳定运行之后,BOD和COD的去除率分别达到99.16%和99.28%,氨氮和SS的去除率分别达到84%和94.6%,出水水质达到《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906-2008)。 The wastewater produced by chemical process pharmaceuticals has complex components,high organic content and poor biodegradability,which makes its treatment difficult.After a variety of process selection and program demonstration,a pharmaceutical company in Taizhou adopts coagulation sedimentation/Fenton/two-stage bio-contact oxidation/ultrafiltration combined process to treat wastewater.By adjusting the appropriate pH and B/C to remove organic matter,SS and other pollutants.The capacity of this wastewater treatment was 180 m ^(3)/d.After stable operation,the removal rate of BOD and COD reached 99.16%and 99.28%,respectively,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and SS reached 84%and 94.6%,respectively.The effluent quality reached Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Chemical Synthesis Products Category(GB 21906-2008).
