摘要
高校教职工党组织建设引领思政课教师政治素养提升,既是搞好党组织建设的重要途径,也是提高思政课教师政治素养工作的切入点。应坚持基层党建与教学科研工作有机融合,将党的政治建设贯穿各项工作,以抓实党组织建设为关键点,坚定思政课教师政治信仰;以落实党组织生活为突破点,提升思政课教师政治理论;以发挥党的正向激励机制为发力点,严明思政课教师政治纪律;以健全书记谈心谈话机制为提升点,立稳思政课教师政治担当,提高思政教师党性修养。
The construction of the Party organization of university staff leads the improvement of the political literacy of Ideological and political teachers,which is not only an important way to do a good job in the construction of the Party organization,but also the entry point to improve the political literacy of ideological and political teachers.We should adhere to the organic integration of grass-roots Party construction and teaching and scientific research,put the party’s political construction through all work,take the construction of Party organizations as the key point,and strengthen the political belief of ideological and political teachers;Implement the life of Party organizations as a breakthrough point to improve the political theory of Ideological and political teachers;Give play to the positive incentive mechanism of the Party as the starting point,and strictly enforce the political discipline of ideological and political teachers;Take the Secretary’s heart to heart talk mechanism as the improvement point,establish a stable political responsibility of ideological and political teachers,and improve their Party spirit cultivation.
