高校青年教师是实施素质教育的生力军,他们承担着培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的任务,肩负着引领教育事业发展和进步的责任。履行新时代赋予的使命,不仅取决于高校青年教师的教学能力,也取决与他们的思想政治素养水平。“打铁还需自身硬”,推进提升高校青年教师的思想政治素养已迫在眉睫,不能置若罔闻,使其成为素质教育体系的盲点。因此,高校应采取科学的方法措施,建立有效的保障机制,以提升青年教师的思想政治素养。
Young teachers in colleges and universities are the new force in implementing quality education. They shoulder the task of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors in the socialist cause, and shoulder the responsibility of leading the development and progress of education. Fulfilling the mission entrusted by the new era depends not only on the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities but also on the level of their ideological and political quality."It takes a good blacksmith to make good steel." It is urgent to promote the ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities. It cannot be ignored, making it a blind spot in the quality education system. Therefore, colleges and universities should adopt scientific methods and measures to establish an effective guarantee mechanism to enhance the ideological and political quality of young teachers.
