摘要
以导轨式胶轮系统的特点为出发点,结合国内已建成或在建的车辆基地总图布置,总结出导轨式胶轮系统车辆基地可布置为地面车辆基地、立体车辆基地和双层车辆基地,并以某项目为例,详细阐述三种车辆基地总图布置方式的特点:立体车辆基地和双层车辆基地的占地面积仅为地面车辆基地的54%,用地受限时可优先推荐;生产办公条件方面,地面车辆基地>双层车辆基地>立体车辆基地;工艺条件方面,地面车辆基地>立体车辆基地>双层车辆基地;实际项目设计应根据需求综合选择。
Based on the characteristics of the guide rubber wheel system,and the general layout of the vehicle bases that have been built or are under construction in China,the vehicle base of the guide rubber wheel system can be arranged as ground vehicle base,three-dimensional vehicle base and double-layer vehicle base.Taking a project as an example,the characteristics of three general layout of vehicle bases are described in detail.The three-dimensional vehicle base and double-layer vehicle base cover only 54% of the ground vehicle base,which can be recommended preferentially when the land is limited.In terms of production and office conditions,the ground vehicle base is better than the double-layer vehicle base,and even better than the three-dimensional vehicle base.In terms of process conditions,the ground vehicle base is superior to the three-dimensional vehicle base,and even better than the double-layer vehicle base.The actual project design should select the vehicle base layout comprehensively according to the demand.
