车辆段上盖厚板转换全框支剪力墙结构设计研究 被引量:1

Design Research on Complete Frame-Supported Shear Wall Structure System with Thick-Plate Transfer Layer in Rail Transit Depot

摘要 为实现车辆段上盖开发项目的高质量发展,各地对行车及居住舒适性提出了更高要求,盖上盖下轴网斜交布置的厚板转换全框支剪力墙结构应运而生。针对现行国家及地方标准对此类结构尚无相应规定的现状,结合温州灵昆车辆段上盖开发项目,对此类结构的设计进行了研究:归纳了此类结构的设计难点并给出了针对性的计算原则和构造措施;并用这些原则和措施对本项目A1区块进行了结构整体计算和板柱节点实体单元有限元分析。得出以下结论:为保证厚板转换全框支剪力墙结构安全,应对关键部位和关键构件采取必要的加强措施;转换层等效屈强比应大于1.0以实现盖上剪力墙先于盖下全框支框架屈服的屈服机制;应强化板柱节点抗冲切能力,保证大震作用下混凝土压应变不超过峰值压应变,钢筋处于弹性工作状态;应注重结构的侧向刚度、抗剪承载力、位移和楼层屈服强度等概念设计。这些成果可为该类结构设计标准的制订提供技术支持。 In order to achieve high-quality development,better requirements about driving and living comfort were put forward for building project over rail transit depot.Therefore,complete frame-supported shear wall structure with thick-plate transfer layer and oblique dislocation between upper and lower grids was appeared.Regarding to the situation that no corresponding specification about such structure system in current national and local standards,the structure design process was studied based on the over-track building project on Lingkun Depot in Wenzhou.The difficulties in such structure design were summarized and targeted calculation principles and strategies were given.The overall structure calculation and the solid element finite analysis of slab-column connections was carried out for the A1 block of this project by using these strategies.The analysis showed that complete frame-supported shear wall structure system can ensure the safety of structure through strengthening measures for key connections and key components.The equivalent yield ratio should exceed 1.0 to ensure the yield mechanism that the shear wall above the transfer plate yields before the complete frame under the transfer plate.The shear resistance of slab-column connections should be strengthened,in which the compressive strain of concrete lower than peak compressive strain and the steel bar in elastic state.The conceptions about lateral stiffness,shear capacity,displacement and storey yield strength should be paid highly attention to in structure design.Technical supports for the formulation of such structure design standards were provided.
