摘要
深圳某有轨电车上盖项目无地下室,因现方案与原设计预留的塔楼方案差异太大,在架空车库顶部拟采用厚板进行转换,并在架空车库层内设置斜墙来承托超出落地墙柱范围的塔楼结构。着重介绍了以下几个方面:无地下室情况下结构抗倾覆、桩的竖向和水平承载力复核验算,厚板转换结构的抗震性能设定和实现,厚板和斜墙的有限元分析,及为避免对落地墙柱进行加固而采取的措施。分析表明,厚板转换方案成立,能够满足预定的抗震性能目标,且无需对已建结构进行加固。
A tramcar upper cover project in Shenzhen has no basement. Due to the difference between the current plan and the original plan, a thick plate was used for a conversion at the top of the new added garage floor, and sloping walls in the new-added garage floor was used to support the wall of the residential buildings outside the walls and columns. The following were introduced: the verification of the structural anti-overturning in the case of no basement, the verification of the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of the pile without the basement, seismic performance setting and implementation of thick plate conversion structure, and the method used to avoid unnecessary reinforcing the concrete wall which has been built at the first floor. Analysis shows that the thick plate conversion scheme is established to meet the predetermined seismic performance objectives without the need to reinforce the existing structure.
