摘要
为解决污水处理厂进水碳氮比偏低、碳源不足,导致生物反硝化效果不理想这个困扰业界的难题,采用改良型Carrousel氧化沟耦合工艺处理低B/C比、低碳氮比的某混合工业废水,投加乙酸碳源,其他按照污水厂日常运行参数运营,结果表明,投加乙酸碳源对该工业污水处理厂改良型Carrousel氧化沟去除总氮、氨氮和pH等效果理想,出水完全达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 19918—2002)一级A标准.低碳氮比的工业污水处理可以选用乙酸作碳源以强化生物脱氮,乙酸实际合适的平均投加量为211.97 mg/L,投加成本为0.254元/t,该工艺的稳定运行为低碳氮比的工业污水处理系统优化设计及提标改造提供了有益的参考和借鉴.
In order to solve the problem that the low carbon to nitrogen ratio and insufficient carbon source of wastewater treatment plant,resulting in unsatisfactory biological denitrification effect,the improved Carrousel oxidation ditch coupling process was adopted to treat a mixed industrial wastewater with low B/C ratio and low carbon to nitrogen ratio,add acetic acid carbon source,and operate the other wastewater according to the daily operation parameters of the wastewater treatment plant.The addition of acetic acid carbon source has an ideal effect on the removal of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and pH in the modified Carrousel oxidation ditch of the industrial sewage treatment plant,and the effluent fully meets the Grade A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 19918—2002).Acetic acid can be used as carbon source to enhance biological nitrogen removal in industrial wastewater treatment with low carbon to nitrogen ratio.The actual suitable average dosage of acetic acid is 211.97 mg/L,and the cost of addition is 0.254 yuan/t.The stable operation of this process provides a useful reference for the optimization design and upgrading of industrial wastewater treatment system with low carbon to nitrogen ratio.
