生物炭对间歇曝气湿地N_(2)O排放途径的影响 被引量:2

Influences of Biochar on N_(2)O Emission Pathways in the Intermittently Aerated Constructed Wetland

摘要 生物炭被证实可以实现人工湿地氧化亚氮(N_(2)O)减排,但其减排途径尚不明晰.采用化学抑制剂耦合同位素分析法,探究了生物炭对间歇曝气湿地N_(2)O排放途径的影响.结果表明,生物炭有利于改善湿地内部环境条件,提升脱氮效能.生物炭湿地(BW)的N_(2)O累积释放量为12.60 mg/m 2,与对照湿地(CW)相比减少了33.37%.生物炭投加可以减少硝化和反硝化过程中N_(2)O排放,减排率分别达到39.51%和67.06%.同位素分析结果表明,硝化过程中NH 2OH氧化和氨氧化细菌(AOB)反硝化在N_(2)O的排放中具有重要作用,BW中NH 2OH氧化和AOB反硝化的N_(2)O释放量分别为2.21,2.22 mg/m 2,较CW减少了29.40%和47.12%.在间歇曝气湿地中,添加生物炭可以通过影响NH 2OH氧化和AOB反硝化等硝化过程和反硝化过程实现N_(2)O减排. In spite of the numerous studies reporting the nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emission reduction in the constructed wetland added with biochar,still a lack of understanding of the processes need to be solved.In this study,the chemical inhibitor method and isotope analysis were applied to explore the mechanisms of biochar contributing on the N_(2)O emission reduction in the intermittently aerated constructed wetland(BW).Results revealed that adding biochar improved internal environmental conditions and enhanced nitrogen pollutant removal efficiencies.The cumulative N_(2)O release in BW was 12.60 mg/m 2,which was 33.37%lower than that of in the control of constructed wetland without biochar(CW).Biochar addition significantly reduced N_(2)O releasing from nitrification and denitrification by 39.51%and 67.06%,respectively.The results of the isotope analysis indicated that NH 2OH oxidation and ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB)denitrification played an important role in N_(2)O emission during nitrification.The cumulative N_(2)O emissions from NH 2OH oxidation and AOB denitrification in BW were 2.21,2.22 mg/m 2,respectively,with 29.40%and 47.12%reduction compared to CW.The effects of adding biochar on N_(2)O emission reduction were attributed to influencing the nitrification processes including NH 2OH oxidation and AOB denitrification,and the denitrification processes.
