电锅炉辅助火电机组孤网运行的控制策略研究

摘要 针对因新能源装机占比逐渐上升,电力系统调节能力明显不足,极端天气、系统扰动等复杂故障引起火电机组孤网运行,电网失稳的难题,引入电锅炉辅助火电机组孤网运行的负荷平衡系统,设计机组孤网运行决策、机组负荷切换控制策略,优化汽机和锅炉控制策略,实现电锅炉辅助火电机组孤网运行的控制功能,保障机组在电网故障时,能够稳定转入孤网运行状态,具备良好的抗负荷冲击能力,在各种事故工况下,均能够安全准确调整和动作,保证了电网安全稳定运行。 Due to the gradual increase in the proportion of new energy installed capacity,the adjustment capacity of the power system is obviously insufficient,extreme weather,system disturbance and other complex failures caused by thermal power units isolated network operation,power grid instability problems.The load balancing system of electric boiler assisted thermal power unit isolated network operation is introduced,the unit isolated network operation decision-making,unit load switching control strategy is designed,and the control strategy of steam engine and boiler is optimized,so as to realize the control function of electric boiler assisted thermal power unit isolated network operation,ensure that the unit can be stably transferred to the isolated network operation state when the power grid fails,and have good load impact resistance.Under various accident conditions,it can be safely and accurately adjusted and operated to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
