摘要 针对罕见冰灾中桂林电网与主电网连接的3条220 kV线路仅剩1条能运行的险况,为防止桂林市大面积停电事故发生,将永福发电有限公司2号机组和3号机组先后与主网隔离,组成2个孤网运行,保证了桂林区域电网频率和电压的稳定。文章对孤网运行机组采取了一系列措施:运行方式的切换和调整、汽轮机转速控制、锅炉燃烧稳定性控制等,并指出孤网运行机组应具备的基本条件。孤网运行积累的成功经验对并网机组在设计、运行以及电源改造方面适应特殊情况下的运行有一定借鉴作用。 According to the dangerous situation that only one of three 220kV transmission lines is connected between Guilin electric power network and the main network in the infrequent icing damage, No. 2 and No. 3 units in Yonfu power plant are orderly separated from the main network to build up two isolated networks, which ensure the voltage and frequency stability of Guilin regional electric power system and avoid large area blackout in Guilin city. A series of countermeasures for generator units under isolated network operation mode are introduced, such as switching and adjustment of operation mode, speed control of turbine, stability control of boiler combustion and ~ on, and essential conditions that the units should have are pointed out. Experiences achieved during the operation of isolated network will provide reference not only to the design and operation of grid - connected generators and but also to the improvement of electric source to satisfy special operation demands.
