摘要
文章通过数值模拟方法研究了环形套筒窑下燃烧器电石气的燃烧特性,分别对燃气和一次风旋流角度对燃烧特性的影响进行了研究,分析了旋流角度对燃烧温度分布以及CO、CO_(2)、NO_(x)等燃烧产物的影响。结果表明:燃气旋流角度对提高燃料燃烧效率影响较大。燃气旋流角度的增加,燃烧火焰最高温度和燃料的燃烧速率提高,内套筒处CO浓度降低;当燃气旋流角度从30°增加到55°时,对应内套筒处的CO浓度由8929 mg/m^(3)降低至2467 mg/m^(3)。一次风旋流角度增大,对降低CO和NO_(x)生成影响不明显。
The combustion characteristics of calcium carbide gas in swirl burners under the annular shaft kilns were studied by numerical simulation method,the influence of fuel and primary air swirl angle on combustion characteristics was studied,and the gas temperature distribution and combustion products including CO,CO_(2) and NO_(x) were analyzed.The results show that the fuel gas swirl angle has a great influence on the improvement of fuel burn-out ratio.The fuel gas swirl angle increases,the maximum temperature of the combustion flame and the fuel combustion rate increase,and the CO concentration at the inner sleeve position decreases.When the angle of the fuel gas blade increased from 30°to 55°,the CO concentration at the corresponding inner sleeve position decreased from 8929 mg/m^(3) to 2467 mg/m^(3).The results also show that the effect of the primary air swirl angle on reduce CO emissions and NO^(x) formation was not obvious.
