摘要
组织纤维化是人类多种重大疾病的关键性病理基础,可涉及所有组织和器官系统。其本质是一种以细胞外基质成分过度沉积和异常排列为特点的组织修复结局,最终导致器官功能损害。因此,纤维化相关疾病给人类健康带来了极为严峻的挑战。本文着重介绍纤维化发生、发展的重要调控因素及相关机制,以及目前针对纤维化潜在治疗靶点的临床研究概况。
Tissue fibrosis is a key pathological basis for various major human diseases and can occur in every tissue and organ system.In essence,it is a tissue repair response characterized by excessive deposition and abnormal arrangement of extracellular matrix components,ultimately leading to organ malfunction.Therefore,fibrosis-related diseases pose an extremely severe challenge to human health.This article highlights the important regulatory factors and mechanisms involved in the development of fibrosis,as well as an overview of current clinical trials on potential therapeutic targets for fibrosis.
