摘要
结合KANO模型与感性意象评价方法,研究设计方舱医院减压室。应用KANO模型探究用户对于方舱医院减压室的功能需求,通过统计分析得出功能属性与优先级排序。广泛搜集感性词汇与产品样本,利用语义差分法将用户感性意象量化,得出最优样本的典型特征。应用KANO模型探究功能设计要素,结合感性工学探究外观设计要素,综合研究结果设计方舱医院减压室。基于用户需求,综合KANO模型与感性工学相关研究结果,以期为方舱医院隔离人员情绪舒缓提供新路径。
The paper attempt to study and design the decompression chamber of cabin hospitals by combining the KANO model and Kansei engineering.The KANO model is applied to explore the functional requirements of users for the decompression chamber of cabin hospitals.The functional attributes and priority ranking are obtained through statistical analysis.After extensive collection of perceptual vocabulary and product samples,the semantic difference method is used to quantify the user's perceptual image,and the typical characteristics of the optimal sample are obtained.The KANO model is used for finding design features of function,and the design elements of appearance were explored by means of Kansei engineering.The results of comprehensive research can be helpful for designing the decompression chamber of cabin hospitals.Based on users'needs,the research results which are related to KANO model and Kansei engineering are synthesized in order to provide a new path for the emotional relief of quarantined personnel in the cabin hospitals.
