摘要
本文介绍了感性工学中的一种常用理论——卡诺模型的概念及使用方法,并以一次企业产品的设计实践为例,详细阐述了基于卡诺模型的产品设计过程。根据产品的定位,我们确定了产品的典型样本以及感性词汇,并基于此进行了量表问卷的设计。通过对所收集问卷的分析以及处理,结合卡诺模型,得出了针对目标用户的产品需求模型,并在此基础上进行产品的设计实践工作。
This article introduces a commonly used theory in Kansei Engineering, the concept and methods of the Kano Model. It takes an example of enterprise product design practice as the basis to elaborate on the product design process based on the Kano Model. Based on the positioning of the product, we determine the typical samples and perceptual vocabulary of the product, and design a scale questionnaire based on this. Through analysis and processing of the collected questionnaires, combined with the Kano Model, we obtain a product demand model for the target users, and then carry out product design practice work on this basis.
