摘要
为了解决半煤岩巷快掘工作面的粉尘污染问题,采用现场调研方法分析截割粉尘产生及运移规律,提出减尘、控尘、除尘和风流净化为主要内容的综合防尘技术方案,并设计开发了以截割滚筒高效喷雾装置、机载控除尘系统、巷道风流净化装置为主的综合防尘系统。现场应用表明,有人作业区域全尘、呼尘的降尘率分别达到90.1%、85.7%,顺槽中全尘、呼尘浓度分别下降到4.6 mg/m3、2.4 mg/m3,工作面的作业环境得到显著改善。
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution in the rapid excavation working face of half coal-rock roadway,the field investigation method is used to analyze the laws of cutting dust production and migration.The comprehensive dust prevention technology scheme with dust reduction,dust control,dust removal and air decontamination as the main contents was put forward,and the comprehensive dust prevention system with high efficiency spray device of cutting drum,mounted dust control system and air flow purification device in roadway was designed and developed.The field application shows that the dust reduction rates of total dust and respirable dust in the manual working area are 90.1%and 85.7%respectively,the total dust and respirable dust in the roadway are reduced to 4.6 mg/m'and 2.4 mg/m respectively,and the working environment of the working face is significantly improved.
