摘要
宋代仁宗、神宗、徽宗、高宗四位皇帝对进士科举制度进行了改革,从而深刻影响了宋代律赋。仁宗于天圣五年(1027)下诏提高了策论的地位,而律赋地位却开始下降。神宗接受了王安石的建议在进士科举考试时候罢了律体诗赋包括律赋,而代之以经义、策问等体例的议论性文章。徽宗于政和元年(1111)禁止士人写作律体诗赋,如有违反,“委御史台弹劾。”因此律赋成为了徽宗褊急性格的牺牲品。高宗考虑到党派平衡,权力制衡,于建炎二年(1128)采取律体诗赋、经义并取的策略。经过改革以后宋代律赋的地位相较唐代律赋的地位有很大下降,而且数量和质量相较唐代都有很大下降。由此可见宋代皇帝对进士科举制度改革对律赋的影响总体上是负面的。
Four emperors of the Song Dynasty,Renzong,Shenzong,Huizong and Gaozong,reformed the Jinshi imperial examination system,which deeply influenced LüFu of the Song Dynasty.In the fifth year of Tiansheng(1027),Renzong ordered to improve the status of strategy,while the status of LüFu began to decline.Shenzong accepted Wang Anshi's suggestion that in the Jinshi imperial examination,regulated prose-poem included the law poems,was replaced by argumentative articles such as classics and advice.In the first year of Zhenghe(1111),Huizong prohibited scholars to write regulated prose-poem,if there is any violation,“Wei impeachment was launched.”Therefore,LüFu became the victim of Emperor Huizong's urgent character.In the second year of Jianyan(1128),Gaozong adopted the strategy of poetry,meaning and taking,considering the balance of party and power.After the reform,it can be seen that the status of LüFu in the Song Dynasty decreased greatly compared with that in the Tang Dynasty,and the quantity and quality decreased greatly compared with that in the Tang Dynasty.It can be seen that the influence of the Song Dynasty emperor on the reform of the Jinshi imperial examination system on LüFu is generally negative.
