基于PIV技术的结晶器液面波动指数优化 被引量:1

Optimization of mold level fluctuation index based on particle image velocimetry

摘要 针对国内某钢厂1 150 mm×230 mm断面尺寸的铸坯在冷轧过程经常出现线状缺陷、翘皮缺陷等问题,建立相似比为0.6的水模型,选择结晶器拉速、浸入式水口(Submerged Entry Nozzle, SEN)出口倾角和浸入深度进行三因素三水平正交试验。利用粒子图像测速(Particle Image Velocimetry, PIV)技术对不同工况下的结晶器流场进行测速,得到结晶器内钢液流动形态与钢液流速,通过结晶器液面波动指数(F数)分析不同工况对结晶器流场的影响规律。结果表明,通过PIV可以得到结晶器钢液流股的射流角度、流股对窄面的冲击点、冲击速度和冲击角度等参数,可应用F数对结晶器内钢液流动形态与液面波动进行表征。在正交试验中,各因素影响重要性为拉速>出口角度>浸入深度,最优工况为拉速1.5 m/min, SEN倾角为-30°,浸入深度为175 mm。与优化前工况对比,优化后的工况射流角度和冲击深度增大,上回流范围逐渐增大,F数减小且更接近目标值,液面波动幅度减小,卷渣发生的几率降低。 For the strand of 1150 mm×230 mm section size of a Chinese steel plant,there are often problems such as slivers and blisters in the cold rolled sheet,a O.6-scale water model of slab mold was built,and the casting speed,submerged entry nozzle(SEN)outlet angle and submerged depth were selected to carry out a three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment.Particle image velocimetry(PIV)was used to measure the mold flow field under different operating conditions,the liquid steel flow field and liquid steel flow rate in the mold were obtained,and the influence of different operating conditions on the mold flow field was analyzed by the mold level fluctuation index(F value).The results show that the jet angle of the liquid steel flow and the impact point,impact speed and impact angle of the flow on the narrow surface strand can be obtained through PIV,the characterization of liquid steel flow and level fluctuation in the mold can be analyzed using the F value.In the orthogonal experiment,the influence importance of each factor is casting speed>outlet angle>submerged depth,and the optimal operating conditions are casting speed of 1.5 m/min,SEN angle of-30°,submerged depth of 175 mm.Compared with the current operating condi-tions,the jet angle and impact depth of the optimized operating conditions increase,the upward flow of molten range gradually increases,the F value decreases and is closer to the target value,the level fluctuation amplitude decreases,the probability of slag entrainment decreases.
