耐候钢SPA-H翘皮缺陷原因分析

摘要 耐候钢SPA-H在碳锰钢的基础上添加一定量的铜元素,提升钢材本身的耐腐蚀性能,但在生产过程中可能会由于铜元素的原因产生翘皮等表面缺陷。针对表面翘皮缺陷进行成分分析、金相分析及扫描电镜分析等多个项目检测分析,结果发现产品成分镍元素含量过低,导致镍铜比过低,生产过程中由于板坯的在炉时间及温度的控制原因导致铜元素在基体表面晶界产生富集现象,轧制时氧化铁对薄弱的晶界破坏后产生裂纹。 Weathering steel SPA-H adds a certain amount of copper on the basis of carbon manganese steel to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel itself,but it may produce surface defects such as warping skin due to copper elements in the production process.The results showed that the nickel content of the product was too low,which led to the nickel copper ratio being too low.During the production process,due to the control of the furnace time and temperature of the slab,the copper element was enriched in the grain boundary of the matrix surface.Cracks occur when iron oxide breaks the weak grain boundary during rolling.
