摘要
美国意识形态霸权是历史发展的产物:借助学术包装把美国霸权行径转化为话语优势,借助越界本能把话语优势转化为空间优势,借助资本力量把空间优势转化为舆论力量。美国意识形态霸权行为对中国的对外决策的性质和走向、政治认同的目标和趋向、文化发展的路向与选择、社会凝聚力和向心力等构成潜在性威胁。终结美国意识形态霸权理应成为反对霸权主义维护全球意识形态安全的重要组成部分。但是,霸权主义从来不会自行终结,需要世界各国共同行动。作为反对霸权主义维护世界和平的重要力量,中国应该充分展示自身的能力、智慧、意志、手段和策略,通过揭面纱、强实力、举旗帜、凝民力、聚民心等应对方式,彻底揭开美国意识形态霸权的“包裹”、全面展现人类文明的新形态、坚定不移地推动人类命运共同体、坚持“以人民为中心”建构话语体系、切实推动社会主义核心价值观落实落细落小,以此终结美国意识形态霸权,最终创建一个多元、公正、有序的世界,切实维护好自身的意识形态安全。
The ideological hegemony is the usual strategy of the United States for diplomacy,and is also the most effective means to safeguard the American hegemony.“Speaking with strength”is the key code of American ideological hegemony.The hegemony of American ideology is a product of historical development:the hegemony of the United States is transformed into discourse advantage with the help of academic packaging;the discourse advantage is turned into spatial advantage with the help of cross-border instinct;the spatial advantage is turned into public opinion power with the help of capital power;and the ultimate goal of carrying out all-round ideological hegemony over China is to shape a unified world under the leadership of the United States.Ending American ideological hegemony should be an important part of opposing hegemonism and maintaining global ideological security.But hegemonism never ends on its own.As an important force against hegemonism and maintaining world peace,China should fully leverage its own abilities,wisdom,will,means,and strategies to thoroughly uncover the“package”of American ideological hegemony,firmly promote a community with a shared future for mankind,adhere to the construction of a discourse system centered on the people,and effectively promote the implementation of socialist core values,thus ending American ideological hegemony,creating a diverse,just,and orderly world,and effectively maintaining one's own ideological security.
